1 General Terms

eae77 is an online entertainment and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between eae77 and the registered user of the platform ("Member").

In this Agreement, "Platform" refers to the eae77.lat website and all services associated with it. "We", "our", or "eae77" refers to the operating entity of the platform. "You" or "Member" refers to the person who is registered on and using the platform.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• eae77 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• If you continue to use the platform after an amendment takes effect, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
• If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at eae77 and use the platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older ("For those aged 21 and above only").
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Opening an account under another person's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• If an account has previously been closed by eae77, that person may not register again.

3 Account Verification & Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on eae77 may only be made through approved payment methods. eae77 currently supports the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Only deposits from the payment method registered to your account are accepted.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if verification has not been completed.

Note that Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. The same minimum deposit requirement applies to all payment methods.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eae77 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply to claiming and using bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement on the bonus: 25x (on the bonus amount only).
• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this ৳1,000 bonus = ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets.
• Another example: a ৳42,000 deposit earns a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in immediate disqualification.
• eae77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each promotion may have its own additional terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page.

If bonus abuse or arbitrage betting is detected, eae77 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

eae77 believes in fair play and operates in accordance with the standards of all game service providers. The following rules apply to all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the outcome will be determined based on server-side logs.
• In the event of a technical error in any game, eae77 may cancel that round and return the bets.
• The terms and conditions of game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) also apply.
• In the sports betting section, market rules will be governed by the rules of the relevant event.
• eae77 reserves the right to suspend payment until an investigation is complete if unusual betting patterns are detected.

If a member has a dispute regarding a game outcome, they may contact our support team. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the game being completed.

7 VIP Program

eae77's VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and additional benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is paid on a set schedule each week. eae77 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the eae77 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity, use of software or bots.
• Account hacking or attempts at unauthorized access.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or on the same device.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Harassment of other members or inappropriate behavior.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through false or misleading information.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

eae77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
• Request from law enforcement due to suspicion of money laundering.
• Failure to provide verification information or provision of false information.
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure).

Upon account closure, if no violation is proven, any remaining valid funds will be returned. However, bonus balances and any winnings obtained as a result of a violation will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eae77 will not be liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection interruptions.
• Delays or errors in the operations of third parties (payment providers or game developers).
• Loss caused by the member's own negligence or incompetence.
• Disruption to games or services as a result of unforeseen technical issues.
• Access to a member's account by an unauthorized third party.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
